Designated Driver FC Naples Sweepstakes Terms & Conditions 

1. Organizer: 

• The “Designated Driver, FC Naples Sweepstakes” is organized by The Law Offices of Marc L. Shapiro, P.A., located at 720 Goodlette-Frank Rd. N, Suite 304 Naples, FL 34102 . The official website for the sweepstakes is

2. Eligibility: 

• The Designated Driver, FC Naples Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the U.S. who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry who are willing to serve as a sober designated driver for themselves and/or others attending the home game. 
• Employees of The Law Offices of Marc L. Shapiro, P.A., their immediate family members, and individuals living in the same household are not eligible to participate. 

3. Sweepstakes Period: 

• The Designated Driver, FC Naples Sweepstakes begins on Saturday, March 8, 2025, at 12:00 a.m. EST and ends on Monday, March 10, 2025, at 11:59 p.m. EST. 

4. How to Enter: 

• Entrants must complete the entry form available on the official website and follow all provided instructions. 
• No purchase is necessary to enter or win. 
• Limit of one (1) entry per person. Multiple entries by the same person will result in disqualification. 

5. Prize: 

• Winners will receive: 

○ Two (2) Tickets to one home game of FC Naples during the 2025 season; ○ One (1) T-shirt for the Designated Driver; and 

○ One (1) Soft drink voucher. 

○ This Prize has an approximate total retail value of $250.00. 

• Prizes are non-transferable, are not for resale and not redeemable for cash. 6. Winner Selection & Notification: 
• Winners will be selected randomly from eligible entries. 
• The drawing will occur within two (2) business days after the end of the sweepstakes. ● Winners will be notified via email, phone, and direct message (DM) on social media.
• Winners must respond within three (3) days to claim their prize. Failure to do so will result in forfeiture of the prize, and an alternate winner may be selected. 

7. Publicity Release: 

• By entering the sweepstakes, the Winner agrees to allow The Law Offices of Marc L. Shapiro, P.A. to use their name, likeness, and any images taken during the prize fulfillment for promotional purposes without additional compensation. 

8. Designated Driver Commitment: 

By accepting any prize, the Winner agrees to and acknowledge the following: 

• The Winner commits to serving as a designated driver for themselves and/or others attending the event. As the designated driver, Winners agree to refrain from consuming any alcohol or substances that could impair their ability to operate a motor vehicle in a safe and lawful manner and in compliance with all applicable Florida laws related to operating a motor vehicle. 
• The Winner further agrees that if they are found to be impaired by alcohol or any other substance, or if they are unable to safely operate a vehicle, they will immediately notify The Law Offices of Marc L. Shapiro, P.A. and make alternative arrangements for transportation. In such cases, the Winner will forfeit their role as the designated driver, and any further participation in the sweepstakes or prize use may be revoked. 

9. Limitation of Liability: 

• The Law Offices of Marc L. Shapiro, P.A. is not responsible for any claims, liabilities, or damages arising from participation in the Designated Driver, FC Naples Sweepstakes or any use of the Prizes, including but not limited to attendance at and transportation to and from and the use of the FC Naples home game tickets. 
• The Law Offices of Marc L. Shapiro, P.A. makes no representation or warranty regarding the sobriety of any individual Winner volunteering to be a designated driver, and participants are solely responsible for ensuring that the designated driver is sober and capable of safely operating a motor vehicle under Florida law. 

10. Indemnification: 

• The Winner agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless The Law Offices of Marc L. Shapiro, P.A., its affiliates, employees, agents, and representatives from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from Winner’s failure to comply with Florida’s sobriety laws or their inability to safely operate a vehicle as a designated driver. 

9. Privacy Policy:

• Personal information collected during the Designated Driver, FC Naples Sweepstakes will be handled in accordance with the privacy policy found at:

• This Designated Driver, FC Naples Sweepstakes is governed by the laws of the state of Florida. Any disputes will be resolved under Florida law in the appropriate jurisdiction.

12. Acknowledgment: 

• By entering in the Designated Driver, FC Naples Sweepstakes, entrants agree to all terms and conditions outlined herein and acknowledge that the decision of The Law Offices of Marc L. Shapiro, P.A. is final and binding in all matters related to this promotion. 

This is a legal promotion and all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations apply.
